PROgram Details

Thank you for expressing your interest in the Gunwerks PROgram. We want to emphasize that this program is exclusive, and acceptance is solely based on application review. Membership in the program is not guaranteed and can be rescinded at any time.

As a participant in the program, we kindly request that you maintain a positive representation of Gunwerks and demonstrate integrity in your field activities.

We kindly ask for your patience during the two-week processing period before inquiring about your application status. It's important to ensure that all required documents listed are included with your application, as applications submitted without them will be automatically declined. If you are accepted, you will automatically be accepted to the Revic Optics PROgram and there will be no need to apply there.

This Outfitter and Guide Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned Outfitter/Guide and Gunwerks and Revic, hereinafter referred to as "Gunwerks."

Gunwerks Agrees to:

Gunwerks agrees to offer its premium products at significant discounts through its Outfitter and Guide pricing programs.

pricing program applicable to the Outfitter and Guide will be determined by qualifications and criteria established by Gunwerks.

An affiliate program is offered exclusively to Outfitters and their Guides, providing a commission for their efforts in generating sales. This affiliate program is not available in the Guide-only program. Gunwerks commits to delivering an excellent customer experience to any referrals or leads, understanding that our performance reflects on the outfitter.

Outfitter/Guide Agrees to:

The Outfitter/Guide agrees to the ethical use and representation of Gunwerks products and the Gunwerks brand.

Gunwerks products should be used, shown, and demonstrated in a manner that reflects positively on the Gunwerks brand.

The Outfitter/Guide will represent and advocate for Gunwerks honestly and ethically, explicitly avoiding endorsement of unethical hunting practices.

High-pressure selling tactics are not endorsed; instead, a commitment to simple demonstration and a strong dedication to the Gunwerks brand are sufficient.

Use and Promotion of Gunwerks Products.

The Outfitter/Guide is expected to use Gunwerks products acquired through the program as a premium option, making them their primary choice whenever possible. Gunwerks products should be used or, at a minimum, demonstrated for customers in the field.

Successful stories shared with social and other audiences should mention the contribution of Gunwerks products to the success. Photos with scope coat, mentions in stories, or hashtags are acceptable.

The Outfitter/Guide agrees to educate their clients and audience about the features and benefits of using Gunwerks products.

Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other party breaches any material term or condition. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Gunwerks and the Outfitter/Guide and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
