Job Details
- Location: Cody, Wyoming
- Employment: Full-Time
- Compensation: $18-$20/hr
What You’ll Be Doing as a Suppressor Technician:
- Operate laser engraver, laser welder, parts washer, and heat treat oven to produce suppressors according to engineering drawings.
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards and report non-conforming products.
- Perform product repairs as per work instructions.
- Adhere to all documented work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize our ERP system to record production quantities, register serial numbers, and manage inventory.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Suppressor Technician:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to be on your feet for the entire workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
