Remote - $55,000 salary + benefits

As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will take full ownership of the online sales experience, ensuring that our ecommerce ecosystem is optimized for growth, conversion, and customer engagement. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the efficiency and profitability of our ecommerce channels. These include:

  • Monthly Sales
  • Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Product Reviews
  • SEO Ranking & Organic Traffic
  • Page Load Speed & Site Performance
  • Product Conversion Rate
  • Lead Generation Rate
  • Marketplace Performance (Amazon, Guidefitter, etc.)


What You’ll Do

  • You will work on both www.gunwerks.com/ and www.revicoptics.com both of which have a strong track record of sales success. 
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize website conversion rates and improve overall ecommerce performance and experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, working cross-functionally with product, creative, sales, content marketing, and ERP teams to implement changes.
  • Research and execute best practices for increasing product reviews.
  • Build SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and optimize product listings.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to enhance site performance (e.g., reducing page load speed, refining UX/UI for conversion).
  • Monitor and report on ecommerce KPIs, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage and improve performance on third-party platforms like Amazon and Guidefitter to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Well-versed in ecommerce tools and strategies, including SEO, CRO, email marketing, and analytics.
