As the Director of Manufacturing Operations, you'll own the production process from start to finish. You'll lead and mentor a team of skilled craftsmen, ensuring that every rifle that leaves our facility meets our exacting standards. You'll work closely with engineering, quality control, and supply chain to launch new products, optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.

THE PAY
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000/year + performance bonuses of 15-35%

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has been there, done that, and is ready to lead a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with CNC MACHINING, ERP systems, firearms manufacturing, and quality control processes.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and gets things done.
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet and come up with creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be working with people at all levels of the organization, so you need to be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
